We generally respond within 1–3 business days. Response times may be longer during weekends, holidays, product launches and periods of unusually high demand.

We currently provide customer support primarily by email. We do not offer general telephone support at this time.

Order Inquiries

When contacting us regarding an order, include:

  • Your full name;
  • Order number;
  • Email address used at checkout;
  • Shipping ZIP code; and
  • A clear description of your question or issue.

For damaged, incorrect or allegedly defective products, include clear photographs or video where reasonably necessary to investigate the issue.

Do not send complete payment-card numbers, passwords, account credentials or other unnecessary sensitive information by email.

Address Changes and Cancellations

Address-change and cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible.

Use the following email subject line:

URGENT ORDER CHANGE – ORDER [ORDER NUMBER]

Submitting a request does not guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled. Once an order has entered fulfillment, been assigned a shipping label or shipped, we may be unable to modify it.

Returns

Do not send products to our registered business address unless our support team expressly instructs you to do so in writing.

Our registered office is not automatically our authorized return facility.

All returns require prior authorization and must be sent to the return address included in the return instructions provided by our customer-support team. Unauthorized returns may be refused, delayed or returned to the sender.

Review our Return and Refund Policy before requesting a return.

Shipping and Delivery Questions

For shipping-related questions, include your order number and tracking number, if available.

Before contacting us regarding a package marked delivered, please:

  • Check the complete delivery address;
  • Inspect mailboxes, parcel lockers and safe locations;
  • Ask household members or building staff;
  • Contact the carrier; and
  • Allow up to 48 hours for a premature delivery scan.
