This Return and Refund Policy applies to purchases shipped to addresses within the United States and made directly through solevvy.com
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
1. Fourteen-Day Return Window
You may request authorization to return an eligible product within 14 calendar days after confirmed delivery.
A return request submitted after the 14-day period will not be accepted unless required by applicable law.
Submitting a return request does not automatically approve the return. All returns require prior written authorization from us.
2. Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return, the product must:
- Be completely unopened and unused.
- Remain in its original sealed retail packaging.
- Have all protective seals, films, labels and security stickers intact.
- Include every original accessory, cable, adapter, manual, insert and promotional item.
- Be free from damage, marks, odors, hair, residue or signs of handling.
- Be returned with valid proof of purchase.
- Be shipped using the return instructions we provide.
We may require photographs or video showing the product and packaging before issuing return authorization.
3. Opened and Used Personal-Care Devices Are Final Sale
Because Personal-Care devices are personal-care devices intended for direct contact with the body, we do not accept change-of-mind returns once a product has been:
- Opened.
- Removed from its sealed retail packaging.
- Powered on.
- Flashed or activated.
- Tested against the skin.
- Used for any treatment.
- Registered, modified or damaged.
An opened or used device is not eligible for a refund merely because the customer:
- Changed their mind.
- No longer wants the device.
- Found another product at a lower price.
- Did not read the product description or instructions.
- Did not confirm that their skin tone or hair color was suitable.
- Expected faster or different results.
- Experienced normal variation in individual results.
- Used the product inconsistently or contrary to its instructions.
This restriction does not apply where a return, replacement or other remedy is required by applicable law.
4. Return Authorization Required
Before sending anything back, contact:

Include:
- Full name.
- Order number.
- Reason for the return.
- Photographs of the product and packaging.
- Any additional information requested by our support team.
If approved, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization number and return instructions.
Products returned without authorization, sent to an unauthorized address, sent cash-on-delivery or sent after the authorization expires may be refused and returned to the sender at the sender’s expense.
Authorized returns must be handed to the carrier within 7 calendar days after authorization.
5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return-shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.
Returns must be:
- Properly packaged.
- Sent with tracking.
- Sent using a reliable carrier.
- Insured for the product’s full purchase value.
We are not responsible for returns that are lost, stolen, damaged, delayed or misdirected before reaching our authorized return location.
Shipping labels provided by us may have their cost deducted from the refund.
6. Restocking Fee
Eligible non-defective returns are subject to a 20% restocking and inspection fee, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
The fee covers inspection, payment processing, handling, repackaging and inventory administration.
No restocking fee will be charged when we confirm that:
- We shipped the wrong product.
- The product arrived materially damaged.
- The product had a verified manufacturing defect.
- Applicable law prohibits the fee.
7. Original Shipping Costs
Original shipping, expedited shipping, handling, delivery protection and similar charges are non-refundable unless required by law or the return resulted from our verified error.
When an order received “free shipping,” the actual outbound shipping expense incurred by us, up to $14.95, may be deducted from the refund for an eligible change-of-mind return.
8. Bundles, Gifts and Promotional Items
Every component of a bundle must be returned together.
Any complimentary or promotional product must also be returned unopened and in its original condition. If an item is missing, opened, used or damaged, its listed retail value may be deducted from the refund.
Partial returns of bundles are not accepted unless we approve them in writing.
9. Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for change-of-mind returns:
- Opened or used IPL devices.
- Products with broken or removed seals.
- Products marked “Final Sale.”
- Gift cards.
- Downloadable or digital products.
- Replacement parts supplied under warranty.
- Products damaged through misuse, neglect or improper storage.
- Products altered, repaired or disassembled by the customer.
- Products purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers.
- Items missing packaging, accessories or identifying information.
- Items returned after the applicable deadline.
10. Damaged, Incorrect or Defective Products
Inspect the package promptly after delivery.
Notify us as soon as reasonably possible if the order arrives:
- Damaged in transit.
- Missing an item.
- Containing an incorrect item.
- Apparently defective.
For shipping damage or an incorrect shipment, contact us preferably within 48 hours after delivery so we can document the issue with the carrier.
For a suspected manufacturing defect, contact us within 30 days after delivery, unless a longer period is required under an applicable written warranty or applicable law.
You may be required to provide:
- Photographs.
- Video evidence.
- The serial or batch number.
- A description of the problem.
- Evidence that the device was used according to its instructions.
- The complete product for inspection.
Do not discard, destroy or ship the product until instructed to do so.
After verification, we will provide the remedy required by applicable law and any applicable written warranty. Depending on the circumstances, the remedy may include troubleshooting, repair, replacement or refund.
Products damaged through misuse, unauthorized modification, improper voltage, accident, water exposure, failure to follow instructions or ordinary wear are not considered defective.
11. Inspection of Returned Products
Return authorization does not guarantee a refund.
All returned products are inspected after arrival. We may deny the return or reduce the refund when the product:
- Does not satisfy this policy.
- Has been opened or used.
- Is incomplete.
- Is damaged.
- Has a different serial number.
- Shows signs of tampering.
- Was not purchased from us.
- Was returned outside the authorized period.
When a rejected return is available to be sent back, the customer may be required to pay the additional shipping cost before it is returned.
12. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
We generally issue approved refunds within 5 business days after completing the return inspection. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.
The refund may be reduced by any applicable:
- Restocking fee.
- Return-label cost.
- Original shipping deduction.
- Missing-item deduction.
- Promotional-product deduction.
- Other charge expressly permitted under this policy and applicable law.
We are not responsible for exchange-rate differences, bank charges or card-provider fees.
13. Refused and Undeliverable Packages
Refusing delivery does not automatically qualify an order for a full refund.
Packages returned because of:
- An incorrect or incomplete address.
- Refusal by the recipient.
- Failure to collect the package.
- Repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts.
- Failure to respond to the carrier.
may have outbound shipping, return shipping and the applicable restocking fee deducted before any refund is issued.
No refund will be issued until the package has been physically returned to and inspected by our authorized return facility.
14. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only before they enter processing or fulfillment.
Cancellation requests are not guaranteed. Once an order has been processed, assigned to fulfillment, packed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must be handled under this Return and Refund Policy.
Failure to see or read a shipping confirmation does not mean that the order has not been shipped.
15. Exchanges
We do not offer direct change-of-mind exchanges.
An eligible unopened product must be returned under this policy, and the customer may place a separate order for the desired product.
Verified defective or incorrect products may be replaced at our discretion and as required by applicable law.
16. Unauthorized Purchases and Resellers
This policy applies only to products purchased directly through [STORE DOMAIN].
Products purchased through Amazon, marketplaces, retail stores, resellers or other third parties are governed by the return policy of the original seller.
We reserve the right to refuse returns connected to suspected fraud, serial return activity, product substitution, unauthorized resale or abuse of this policy.
17. Promotional Claims and Results
Individual IPL results vary based on factors including hair color, skin tone, treatment area, treatment schedule, hormones and consistent use.
Dissatisfaction resulting solely from individual variation does not make an opened or used product eligible for a change-of-mind refund.
Nothing in this section limits rights arising from a materially false representation or rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
18. Charge Disputes
Customers are encouraged to contact us first so we can investigate and attempt to resolve any issue.
Where a payment dispute or chargeback is filed, we may provide the payment provider with relevant records, including:
- Order information.
- Delivery confirmation.
- Tracking information.
- Device identifiers.
- Website disclosures.
- Customer communications.
- Evidence of acceptance of this policy.
Nothing in this section limits any lawful right to dispute an unauthorized or incorrectly processed charge.
19. Applicable Law
This policy does not exclude or restrict any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
Where applicable federal, state or local law provides greater protection than this policy, the applicable law controls.
